It's much easier to work an E6B, or a flight computer to determine flight parameters. There's software that does all that stuff much more efficiently nowadays.

Bezel slide rules are totally useless.
I owned one briefly but threw it away in a fit of rage when it couldn't calculate how much wood a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood.
