Belstaff E Bay "win"

Belstaff E Bay "win"

Well I didn't win enough in Vegas to bring home my Rolex....but I was lucky enough to "win" this watch on E Bay while we were on vacation, and it was waiting for me when we got back. It caught my eye while I was looking in Goodwill Maine's ebay store. I figured out that Belstaff is a high end motorcycle clothing company in the UK and not a watch company. So I guess this would be considered a fashion watch. I think from the little info that Google could provide that the watch was made by the Gevril Group. I don't know if that means it's good quality or not. I did find that the same watch was selling for around 700.00 on Amazon in 2011 and 2012. I really like the design of the watch and found that Belstaff is selling it in a quartz version for 295.00. Any additional info that the Lord's could provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Never heard of the brand before, (watch or motorcycle gear). Not a bad looking watch, I assume the 2895 on the back means it is running an ETA 2895. Congratulations on the win.

Thanks for the info on the ETA 2895 movement Mark1. No Mr foghorn sir the flute was not a bonus buy to the watch...It just happened to on my bench for repair and made for a good leaning post. :)

Looking at their website, I see new Belstaffs come with a pouch - just like Dan Henry. Wonder who's making them now.
Since many people weren't in lockstep with his beloved cheese box shit watch brand, The Cruise King ran off blowing snot bubbles, far away from his once-beloved forum. Here, eat this mudpie, Paw Paw. It tastes like a Hershey bar. Go ahead, dig in.

Looks nice to me!
I checked you out, and I now want you to take the journey to lick my taint. It's small, but vast.

I "won" it for 185.00 shipped. Not a bad deal for a watch that looks like it sold for around 700.00 brand new about 5 years ago. I just wonder how many of these Swiss made autos were made for Belstaff as now they sell a quartz version instead.

^^No, it was a good deal..and it's likely you won't ever see someone passing you by wearing one, either..

Congrats on the win! It's a good looking watch with a nice caliber in it, especially for a company whose main business isn't even watch-making. And good price too
