Everyone knows the important connection between fine watch making and spiders. It is the first thing they teach you in Horology 101.

"in all, there are over 100 steps in the hand assembly process..."

... including putting the watch on a little yellow pillow, putting the watch and pillow into a little yellow box, putting the little yellow box into a slightly bigger yellow box, putting the slightly bigger yellow box into a cardboard box, sticky-taping the cardboard box shut (that's six steps right there, y'know), wrapping the cardboard box in brown paper (wrapping has gotta be like 10 or 20 steps), licking several postage stamps, sticking on several postage stamps, drop kicking the wrapped and stamped parcel into the 'outgoing mail' pile...

I want a job as an Invicta "scrutinizer." Scrutiny is one of the more important of the 100+ steps practiced by the skilled watchmakers from Switzerland or neighboring Italy.

I recall the Russian Spider Diver, or whatever it was called, airing on Shop. Obviously, Eyal's had better ideas.
I checked you out, and I now want you to take the journey to lick my taint. It's small, but vast.

You've all simply overlooked the apex of Invicta design-the Russian diver Reserve mechanical Koi, Dragon, Phoenix, and Tiger. Here is a picture of Alains favorite.

Ah, yes, the "Chinese Legends" series. A wonderful flower, to be pressed into the book of memory.

Thanks, I could'nt remember the name of the series. I suppose the fact that they were overlooked can be forgiven when one considers their 2008 release. As with any horological milestone, only the passage of time assures ascension to their rightful place in horological history.
