Franck Muller Master Diving Watch

Postby koimaster » November 6th 2018, 9:18am

One of the challenges that almost every watch brand faces in today’s competitive market is, how to make their watches stand out amidst its rivals. Though not an easy feat to achieve, that’s partly where the beauty of watchmaking lies. For Swiss brand Franck Muller, one of the defining feature of their watches has been their beautifully designed Tonneau shaped cases, but with the Franck Muller master diving watch, the brand is taking a slightly different design direction. Featuring a new stainless steel case along with a more traditional looking vintage inspired dial, this diver chronograph is one of the new Baselworld 2018 releases from the brand.

You don't like this one, foggy? The fuck's the matter with you?? It looks like a Crouton!
I checked you out, and I now want you to take the journey to lick my taint. It's small, but vast.

At least it's fully indexed. That'll give Carl a boner.

Because nothing screams "quality" like dial inscriptions in italicized Times New Roman.

The watch is beyond ghey.

I'm beyond flaccid looking at that.

Another dive watch design from someone who apparently doesn't dive and has no idea how the watch is used on a dive. They put two fricken lume pips on the bezel - WTF??? Are they deliberately trying to make it harder to use?

Why the lume markers on the half hour on the rehaut?
The brushed case finish is poorly undertaken IMHO.
I would rather have a decent Seiko.

Good pickup. Actually there are three lume pips on the bezel and they lumed the half-hours. Apparently their plan was to make the watch as confusing as fuck in low-light.

I thought dive watches were supposed to be 200m?

Well, yes, there is that too.

I would rather wear this one I picked up brand new in packaging at a charity shop for £1. All stainless steel chronograph with the same depth rating, better looking and legible...
