Thanks, for this link.

Fascinating to watch 100yr old machinery, being used to produce Guilloché Dials, today.

Best 10 minutes I've spent on You-Tube, in awhile!

I'm confused. I thought Rick Kalina and Jean Marcel invented Guilloché...?
I bought a dive watch from them that literally had “dive” in the name. The instructions said not to dive with it - it was only meant to LOOK like a dive watch. It was also fast by more that a minute per day. Garbage. Never again. - IWG buyer on Reddit

It's amazing, how much work it takes to turn out a dial. Thanks for sharing this video. Glad to see the old machines at work, and the craftmanship that puts out a heirloom watch.

And I got to see this first-hand. RGM actually dragged one of their machines to NYC for the WatchTime fair three years ago; you can see the guilloche samples they were giving away sitting on the right of the machine. Amazing stuff to view. I was actually disappointed when they didn't bring the machine back in subsequent years.

That was a guy who works for RGM doing such work. I don't know his name. I still can't believe they brought that thing to NYC.
