Zero watch content, but...

Postby AlbertaTime » April 27th 2018, 8:03am

...I had to make the effort to get this up, bandwidth and all, up to 1080p.

If you watch through to at least the 7 minute mark, I guarantee you'll see--and hear--some surprises, from beginning to end. This is just one ten-minute slice of why I love China.

Damn-they got 'good ole boys" in China?

At the 5 minute mark it hurt my legs to watch.

Cool video,and enlightening.

Nice video, quite a bit of stuff in there I wouldn't have expected to see in China.

Yes! I asked about some video a while back. Very peaceful, then suddenly, a hoedown, hilarious.

Yup, now I recall. There's lots more video coming, watch and non-watch :-)

There's "good ole boys" everywhere, and that guy hugging the tree for the leg stretch is *at least* my age so far as I could tell, and I'm 66. I have another vid somewhere with 60/70 year old ladies doing the same thing.

When you consider all the running, jogging, dancing and stretching seen in this video--and realize that there's nothing at all unusual about this in China--it becomes clear why so many older Chinese folks are actually in really good shape. Sure, there's many exceptions (age and circumstance can do that), but the ones that keep up, they keep up!

^^^^^^^^^^

I'm 65 and if I even attempted half of that leg stretch I would tear myself asunder. Fer shure!
