IWC opens first Australian boutique

Postby koimaster » March 21st 2018, 8:24am

IWC fans rejoice – the Schaffhausen-based brand has finally found an Australian home, in the heart of Melbourne. Designed by IWC’s own architects, the boutique is located at 360 Collins Street, the city’s premier luxury shopping street, already home to many fine watch brands.

But the really exciting news for fans is that the boutique means that Australia is finally in the game for those elusive boutique-only editions, and hard-to-find high-end pieces. For example, it will be the only place you’ll be able to get your hands on the super-hot 150th anniversary Big Pilot Big Date when it arrives later in the year. Until then, here are three hot watches in-store right now.

Three million square fucking miles of landmass, and IWC springs for two hundred square feet. Classy.
I checked you out, and I now want you to take the journey to lick my taint. It's small, but vast.

It's not hard to see what you are mostly paying for when you fork out for an IWC....and it ain't the watch.

Boutique only...I would have to say the IWC boutique is the phoniest in NYC with an aquatic themed display area for all those special edition Aquatimers that will save the ocean. How they exist with the flood of gray market pieces is baffling. I do like the titanium Mark 18.

I live in close proximity to 4 AD's of "high end" watches. I know most of the salespeople at each one.
If a brand "boutique" were to open near me I wouldn't piss on it if it was on fire. The day you catch me in anything that refers to itself as a goddamn bowteek is the day I drop fucking dead.
Fuck that pretentious shit.

Boutiques have free bottled water and lattes.

If you have any cursory interest in BBW Sheila at the JLC boutique is a freaking ten.
