Postby Ofcmark » February 6th 2017, 4:53pm

Lords,
My department is participating in the 22 push up challenge to bring attention to the 22 veterans that committee suicide everyday. Below is a link to my departments video. The Chief of my department has also started a fundraiser for the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. If you like to make a donation you can mail a check to my department in my departments name (Lake Villa Police) my department will then make one check out for the entire amount or you can make the check out to Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, or visit there web site and make a donation.

Address for the PD is
Lake Villa Police Dept.
65 Cedar Ave
Lake Villa IL 60046

Mark

I, as probably other here done, made a donation through the wesite. I also let my grandson know about this as well. He is a police cadet working on his criminal justice degree.

It's very cool that your dept has taken up this issue that the VA has turned into a national disgrace.

I donated through the website and listed your dept as my referral source.

I hope other members will donate; outside organizations form pretty much the sum total of good care available, and Intrepid gets most of what is donated to the troops.
