Hey, he paid for most of it. Lalo probably expects everyone to deeply discount their services. The contractor got around 75% of MSRP-he did pretty good.

Can't open the image.

Liens are pretty easy to get. I almost had one placed on me because I refused to pay the late fee on an HOA bill that was being mailed to my ex-wife.

As a long-time member of the deadbeat community, i'd appreciate if you wouldn't lump mr. lalo in with our group. We have enough public relations problems as it is.

Laylo may have to shut down production at a Swiss manufacturing facility for a couple of days. No pay-check for the skilled artisans. Sacrifice mandated in order to off-set the cost of the Gilligan's Island Production from the Marina Pavilion.

Plantiff sent the notice of lien through USPS Certified Mail, can't put the blame on UPS for that one.

Too funny, the document abbreviation is "LIE" for Lien

Coincidentally that will also be Lalo's defense strategy

He imported Chinese workers for the job. The actual value of the work was $500,000.00.

There it is, the famed "marine pavilion" and "equestrian chalet" of ShopNBC live remote fame.

What an egotistical douche, even to a greater degree than Skelton.

Who'd have thought that was even possible.

Zillow says about $700K for that addr.

It was purchased for $1.3 million.

Prolly using it for the shows to get tax write offs at this point.

With a functioning home office, you can write off a portion of the house expenses as a business expense. All Leyal needs is a xerox machine, a laptop, printer and internet. Viola, instant Invicta "design studio" tax deduction. Now using your house to shoot a watch show is another wrinkle.

to the right of the empty lot is the Invicta marine pavillion. Both properties are owned by Eyal. I refer to the item in the car port.
