Hamilton Khaki UTC Review

Hamilton Khaki UTC Review

Postby sweetb » October 21st 2014, 11:06am

Let's get something straight . . . I'm a tool watch guy. I like my chunky diver watches, preferably in the 43 mm to 46 mm size range. My profession does not demand the daily use of a suit, dress shirt or tie!

That being said, even “tool watch” guys need a watch that can compliment a tuxedo, business suit or a sport coat when the occasion demands it. The watch that I would highly recommend is the Hamilton Khaki UTC (reference # H77505535) aka Skymaster. This watch is beautifully detailed and finished, is 300 meters water resistant and anti-magnetic.

Other details include:

Movement: Automatic, ETA 2893-2, Swiss Made
Functions: Hours, minutes, seconds, date, second time zone (UTC/GMT)
Power reserve: 42 hours
Case material: Stainless steel
Bezel material: Stainless steel
Case shape: Round
Bezel shape: Round
Case size: 42.00 mm
Lug width: 22 mm
Case height: 12.5 mm
Dial: Off-white / Black
Numerals: Arabic
Hands: Steel
Water resistance: 300 meters
Strap: Leather
Crystal: Domed Sapphire
Case back: screw down, non see-through

The performance of this watch is impressive. It has lost 1 second in 24 hours. I recommend the black face on leather for a look that can be worn anywhere.

Short, to the point, meat and potatoes, cool. Enjoyed the review.

Nicely done. Wouldn't consider that a big watch by any measure.

The GMT function is tastefully done, very discreet! Love the off white dial lettering!

Find it a good bracelet and I would give it a home!

Nice review.

A very nice Hammy, with a swell write-up. And it makes my dick swell, too!
I checked you out, and I now want you to take the journey to lick my taint. It's small, but vast.

Good looking watch. Got any shots of the caseback? Hamilton has some unique ones on some models.
