50th anniversary is Oct. 25. Alligator strap. Press release in French. That's all I can understand.

Way too much money and questions are already out there about possible service in the future.
I'd rather get a mint original for half the price.

Why, he's no fun, he fell right over.

Pricey, difficult to service...taking a rain check.

I was hoping for a lower number, not sure why?

The glass display case the watch may be placed in:

Kept in plastic till I redo my office:

Should I be pissed if they pull a Renato second run?

A few measurents, the case goes 43mm in 9-3 direction and just under 44mm in the 12-6 direction. Overall a very nice presentation. I am keeping it as it is a modern day companion of my other Spaceview "Yellow-dot":

The new one will be a display queen for me in the provided glass box (just like the intended purpose of the original Spaceviews, to show off Accutron's magic. They were never meant to have a naked movement until the consumer spoke.)

Thanks for looking!

neddles,

Just plain cool.
Since many people weren't in lockstep with his beloved cheese box shit watch brand, The Cruise King ran off blowing snot bubbles, far away from his once-beloved forum. Here, eat this mudpie, Paw Paw. It tastes like a Hershey bar. Go ahead, dig in.

Very nice. Good for you... on both.

My uncle had an Accutron and a VW Karmann Ghia when I was a kid. I thought he was cool.

I like it, the fact that you have the old and new version makes it cool X2.
