Irreantum Magellan - Bronze Automatic Dive Watch

Postby koimaster » April 7th 2017, 8:53am

Irreantum Watch is run by husband and wife team, Matt and Courtney Wilson, and their six children. While dormant after selling out of the Magellan, Irreantum impatiently waited to save the funds necessary for another project. A past customer, eager to see more from them, suggested crowdfunding, which was an option they hadn't considered. Now, with prototypes in hand and dreams in our hearts, we come to you asking for help keeping Irreantum alive. The new Magellan is better and more gorgeous than ever. It has the same great movement, same classic design, but this time with an anodized dial, applied indices, and the introduction of a beautiful green.

•Case: CuSn 8 Bronze (case and bezel) 316 Stainless Steel (case back and crown)
•Size: 45 mm excluding crown, 13.6 mm height, 22 mm band
•Movement: Eta 2824-2 (automatic swiss movement)
• Crystal: Domed Sapphire with Internal Anti-Reflective Coating
•Lume: Super LumiNova C3 * 600 meter water resistance
•Crown: 7 mm

It really says something about the watch biz when a company that made a pretty damned good watch a few years back has to beg for spare change on Kickstarter to get a new model out.
I checked you out, and I now want you to take the journey to lick my taint. It's small, but vast.

Why do these always have to 45mm or bigger?
Is bigger bronze good?

Unnecessarily big. The design is nice, but the brand name would get along well with some medicine, rather than a watch.
