Destroy the G-Shock

Destroy the G-Shock

Postby koimaster » September 26th 2016, 9:25am

The brief was simple.

Concoct torture tests for the Casio G-Shock GA-100 and destroy it, recording it for posterity.

So, my colleagues from around the world submitted innovative ways of destroying it and our new assistant editor, Joy Corthésy, and I set about performing them, while shooting photos and video to document the tests.

We started out slowly, with the tests we were pretty sure wouldn’t kill it

I always thought the G-Shock was all marketing hype, but this made a believer out of me. I'm impressed.

I believe it. I have no practical use for a G-Shock, but it's an amazing product at virtually all of its price points - and one of the most copied and emulated products, but nobody does it better.
Since many people weren't in lockstep with his beloved cheese box shit watch brand, The Cruise King ran off blowing snot bubbles, far away from his once-beloved forum. Here, eat this mudpie, Paw Paw. It tastes like a Hershey bar. Go ahead, dig in.

But we all knew this although some confirmation every so often doesn't hurt.

I have their first radio controlled/solar watch ( over 12 years old) and it still gets a signal 9 out of 10 nights.

Function kicks forms ass in the case of G''s.
