Talking Watches: With Fred Savage

Talking Watches: With Fred Savage

It isn’t often that you meet someone for the first time and feel like you’ve known them for years. In the case of first meeting Fred Savage, it was as if I’d spent my entire childhood with him. And that’s because, well, I had. His role as Kevin Arnold on The Wonder Years made him an entire generation’s TV best friend, and here I was in his living room.

With the lilt of Irish laughter

Every day and in every way

Now forever and ever after."

By Jove, I think I shouldn't have watched that. Talking Watches is the only Donkey thing that doesn't repel me as much as the rest of what they publish, but that's only as long as it isn't with Benny the Donkey playing the role of an interviewer. If it'd be a movie, he'd get a Golden Rapsberry (aka Razzie) Award in the "Worst Actor" category for that.

The Donkey fanboi pish flowing out of that Fred fellow's mouth is unbearable as well. "I'm such a big fan of your site..." I find people saying they're Donkey fans the watch community's equivalent of the fans of...what was the name of that family of plasticky porn starlet slags famous for being famous? Ahhh, yes, the Kardashians.

Oh, and then there's the part, where Fanboi Fred pulls out the box with his kids' collections, so that the Donkey God can bless it with his braying. I may vomit.
His deepest need was that people should like him. An admirable trait, that... In a spaniel, or a whore.

I'd send them all an animated gif of Ron Jeremy sucking his own cock.
Conjurer, of people asking about their Doxas
