Jomashop warranty process.

Postby EV2DEMON » January 15th 2018, 10:52am

Picked my wife up a Tissot T-classic Powermatic 80 for Christmas. Ran for 2 weeks then stopped. You can get the movement to take off with a little shake, but only briefly. I guess I knew it was a gamble when I bought it. Going to give Joma a chance to repair, but don't have a warm fuzzy based on a quick Google search.

Anyone have experience with Jomashop repairs or warranty? I guess worst case, I'm only out $300.

I've never used Joma's warranty, but I've heard they come through pretty good.
I checked you out, and I now want you to take the journey to lick my taint. It's small, but vast.

I returned a watch to them and got a full refund. There was nothing wrong with the watch the item description online said it had lume on the hands but it didn't.

I returned one years ago for shipping damage with no issues. They even sent the new one before receiving the return.
