Anyone heard of this service place in Philly?

Anyone heard of this service place in Philly?

Postby svaglic » June 16th 2018, 6:13am

I’m with a friend in Philadelphia, as she was getting some prescriptions filled I saw an old watch repair shop accross the street. The guy said he could service about any watch, I asked about a round number for servicing a Vulcain Cricket and he said if no parts were needed about $125.00. Seems very cheap to me, but if this is for real it would be sweet.
When I get home I’m going to mail some watches to my friend to take down to him and see what happens. I could mail directly to him, but I'm more comfortable with going through my friend.

That's what my guy charges. He has gone up a little recently as I use up his stash of Rolex parts.

I’ve been getting $250.00 quotes for my watches and I got a $450.00 quote for my Vulcain. My area has dried up and what’s left is high.
