Then this should put you over the edge:

Interestingly, even that didn't get me banned at WG's. I didn't get banned until I started posting here. Behold, the power of the lards!

Membership here gives you an automatic ban at WG if they find out. It is similar to the automatic BDWF ban they had back in 2008.

So while each lie sucks and further proves that Invicta is not a brand worthy of our money - it also wakes up others and drives them to seeing the light and moving on to other watch brands.

For the few hundred blind followers on WG, who would continue to buy the brand even if a representative from Invicta broke into their homes and stole money from their children's piggy banks - they are hopeless sheep.

Unfortunately, due to the reach of his TV outlet, there's a sucker born every minute for Eyal "Swinese" Lalo. The suckers grow faster than those who wise up. Maybe five watches later they start seeing the truth. Meanwhile, he's stackin' the cheese, baby

Jim and Eyal made no mention of the Ocean Speedway Debacle during this presentation tonite.
No corrections from the last presentations that had the selling point of 36,000bph.
NADA...Why am I not surprised.

Funny, this was a topic that was considered boring at freeks and the owner claimed he had no interest. I guess it's ok to comment at Lords about it though??? Hmmm.... opinions vary depending on the audience your trying to suck up to?

NE78A Detail Specs Calcifications and Updates
Clarifications and Updates to the NEW SII Caliber NE78A:

The movement has a 28,800 VPH Frequency, same as the Valjoux 7750 and not 36,000, we will adjust all Specs relating to this movement. All NE78A calibers are made in JAPAN. This caliber does have a 45 hour power reserve. The watch (mainspring) is fully wound by turning the crown 55 times. If you plan to use a watch winder for this model, the rotary speed can be set at 30rpm, and will be fully charged within 60 minutes. Watch does contain 34 Jewels.

Thank you, Team Invicta

Erudite WatchLords, please enlighten me in regards to the term "VPH" as Mr. Eyal Lalo uses it in his message above. To date, my negligible education in wristwatch terminology leads me to wonder if "bph" is correct.

Kind regards

VPH=vibrations-per-hour, BPH=beats-per-hour. The terms are interchangeable.

Mike Gonzalez

What can you tell us about the new SII NE78A Automatic Chronograph movement? I can't find any information about this movement.
I've asked this before, but received no response

Hi Mike, the SII movement is not a movement used in Seiko watches.

Hi Seiko, I understand that, but you DO make the movement, and I am requesting information about that movement. For starters, where is it made? What brands can it be found as an engine in their products? What are the Tech Specs?

Seiko

Hi Mike, the movement is made in Shizukuishi, Japan at the Shizukuishi Watch Studio. We cannot say the brands that it can be found in as that is propietary information. As far as the technical specs, we suggest that you contact Invicta as SII has followed their requirements when developing the movement for their use. Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Seiko, thank you very much for your follow through. It is greatly appreciated.

Watch Lords

Really? My understanding is that it is nothing more than a modified NE 15/20 for the OEM market. My emails between SII, TMI and myself indicate the movement is not different, only certain parts were made in Japan and assembly was elsewhere....

I am also curious why a forum member opened an Seiko Sawtooth which says made in Japan and it has China on the inside case.

I will add that Invicta claimed this was a 36,000vbh movement when first sold and that Sieko and Invicta developed this movement and that it was the equal to the valjoux 7750 in both quality and price,
