Wakmann was a German watch house that in the 70s popularized several chronographs and models of jump hours,

Traditionally associated with Gigandet (Gigandet-Wakmann) from my point of view manufactured very good watches

By the 40's, 50's and 60's when they mounted Valjoux Movements

At the end of the 60's the Distributor Company settled in New York.
In 1975 and 1976 he dedicated himself to the distribution and importation of Breitling watches, an activity that he made again from 1990 together with Buren.
His watches are described in 1974 in important sales catalogs and especially a 17 jewels with calendar day-date and alarm

In the gallery you can appreciate from a pair of wonderful chronographs three Subdials with valjoux movement.

With the lilt of Irish laughter

Every day and in every way

Now forever and ever after."
