Explained well. Wonder if even the likes of Eyal can comprehend?

Oh, yeah, he doesn't care.

Marc's the man. One of the few online retailers I put my trust in.

Yup. It's always worth emailing him if you don't see a model you want from one of the lines he carries. Like Seiya-san, he's a man of his word.

As Eyal has explained any number of times:

He's not a member of the Swiss FH and is therefore not subject to US trademark law.

Wait, wot?

Hey wait guys - we won, as you surely know, Hawk. FH slammed Lawler on his slimy ass; they barely mention the word "Swiss" anymore; their supposed "Reserve" line now says nothing at all near the 6 on the dial. Of course, they barely mention the word "Chinese," either, but given his audience, they could put "Pago Pago Made" on the dial and guys with 55-inch Croton belts will still take boat cruises to hoard 'em. Takes all kinds ... but they've been put in their place. And now that they hired an outside source for after-sale repairs? Kinda makes Invicta a non-entity, not even worthy of discussion on any serious watch forum.

The enemy has surrendered, even if not in so many words.

This forum was the only one not pandering to his holiness, the golden one and the only one to expose that con man. Everyone else who did so were Johnnie-come-lately and even then only did so with soft whispers so not to offend the inflicta folks. Fuck lalo and his current and former shills and his fake swiss watches. A marketing firm with fake histories even worse than Doxa. Even today some forums have invicta centric forums where the lemmings continue to stroke each other and bow at the feet of the golden scam artist.

Agreed. My intent was merely to reminisce over one of his more fanciful claims - that membership in a trade group is needed to be subject to US IP laws.
