Zodiac Jetomatic Watch Review

Postby Racer-X » July 29th 2017, 4:35am

by Zen Love "Resurrected from the Zodiac archives, the Jetomatic introduces a new collection of pilot-style watches and was one of the important releases this year for the Fossil-owned Swiss brand. It is competitively priced, and its movement has an unusual feature in something called a swan neck regulator - but we'll come back to that. To me, the Zodiac Jetomatic offers a straightforward tool watch, a piece of Zodiac brand personality, and a movement to get watch enthusiasts' attention."

Attractive and I like the name - "Jetomatic" almost as much as I like Rado's "Hyperchrome".

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.
What's the problem HAL?
I think you know what the problem is just as well as I do."

I like it. I'd like it even more at 40mm.

Very sharp with the white chapter ring. Movement is a nice treat and it seems finished in an above average manner for what should be a very affordable watch second-hand on the forums.

I think it shall make it's way to my short list once they start to hit the FS sub-forums.

There is a limited edition chronometer version of the Jetomatic that is 40mm.

Always liked these guys- they've been putting out some nice watches again. I like this one.
