Part of the duties performed by our in-house workshop team here at our Carlton offices is handling customer support issues with our watches.

As most of our watches sold are mechanical (which contain complex internal components), we have put together a quick interview with our Technical Manager (Mason Bailey), who discusses some of the more common problems that we encounter as well as ways to avoid them.
