This guy is one of the biggest idiots ever. He got (probably a hefty) sum of money for the Android deal. He had a chance to get into putting out something decent. He talks it up about how he is going to start a new brand name and start over. What does he do? He makes them bigger and uglier.
How is it possible to aspire to put out a worse product and lose the last remaining respect you had?

Well, therein lies the rub: Like Invicta, Croton, Swiss Legend, etc - Liang doesn't make anything. Sure, he designs those day-glo monstrosities, but they're slapped together who knows where (usually China, but could be Malaysia or Macau or wherever).

Good rule of thumb there: If they ain't got a factory, forget it. I used to love how Invicta claimed to have "Swiss factories," on the same show state "we just got a shipment in." Wait - if the factory is yours, what did you do, ship it to yourself? And yet, pacerguy creams his Depends.

The very Adorable Master Wing is one of the few shills wartche-makkers who actually bothered to reach out to his marks loyal customers and actually not, you know, treat them like shit. While Eyal would dangle a glance at the Lush Life that he lived to his simps, with looks into the Maritime Pavilion, to say nothing of the Invicter Pony Farm, Wing would answer the phone when somebody's wartche arrived fucked up. Wing was a regular guy, while the others just raked in the take.

While not defending anything that Wing makes has made in some appalling Far East Sweatshop, he at least didn't act (and look like) an East German in a disco, to use the sterling analogy of a Lord some time ago.
Jim...you are a ray of sunshine here.

Quite so. Wing is perhaps the least offensive of the South Florida watch mafia.

Quite. Dont even know if he belongs in that group. Always seemed descent to me. Early day Dealing with him was good. Didnt like the direction he went with his watches but business is business.
