Simple. Remove all freedoms and kill anyone who doubts that my father invented the hamburger.

That name has been tickling my memory all day. I'm a Pratchett fan, though I'm one of those who prefers the Ankh-Morpork/Lancre books. Those are the ones I've re-read many times, though I've read all the Discworld books.
Shame we lost him so relatively young.

I think of this every time I deal with Molly Brown, our 16 yr old cat.

TP is one author that I go back to whenever I need an easy lift even if he is a 'guilty read'. We lost a few good ones recently, Iain Banks is another personal favourite. Hard when the bright lights leave us.

I met him by the way (TP) a few years ago. Very fond of stout. We had a few beers and I took the piss out of him for using the 'two dogs fucking' joke as it was as old as diplodocus. Overall a very nice chap. His collaboration with Neil Gaiman for 'Good Omens' would still make it into my top twenty books.

And 16 years is awesome for a cat!

As is polite I've tried to respond to posts on this hello thread, but I need to go to bed, please don't think I'm rude. You guys have 6+ hours on me!

Goodnight all.

Good Omens is a classic, no doubt. I like Gaiman as well; American Gods is one my favorite books.

Them choppers belong to Marshawn Lynch, one of the finest running backs who ever lived, and who would have won the Seattle Seahawks the 2015 Superbowl if Pete Carroll wasn't such a tightass.

I apologise for my absence, my Jerry friend. It won't happen again.

Always nice to have another member from the UK. I love it there; it's the only place I can go on vacation and lose weight. Welcome to Watchlords; the joint's more fun than a human being should be allowed to have.
