Compares to never released Rolex

Postby foghorn » January 23rd 2018, 10:13am

This watch is comparable in size and weight to the Rolex Deep Sea Challenge Demo watch that Rolex never released for consumer wear.

I'd like to order a pizza to go with no anchovies.
No anchovies? --- you've got the wrong man. I spell my name "Danger".

Like that but cat-F. Sklodowska

I think foggy should go for a face-to-face pickup on this one. Of course, I would go armed.

That thing is weapon enough. Like brass knuckles loaded with shattering glass.

As long as the pins don't break, you could break a jaw or flatten a nose.

Very nice.

Rolex knew what they were doing keeping it a commemorative and technology exercise. It is not intended to be worn by a human but rather strapped to a deep water submersible. Not much in the way of an advertisement it would seem.

Cameron may have worn his a time or two but I'm not even sure about that.

Geesh. I just read Gage's touching Birthday watch story and then clicked on this. My emotions went from one end of the spectrum to the other.

Haters. It's a Swiss-made timepiece. I know it makes Klongingberg Koffeeclumper all gooshy.

Interestingly, I've now seen two Mighty Hydromaxes in the wild; once on the wrist of a tall, skinny kid, the other on the wrist of a squat, dumb-looking Serbian with a unibrow. In both instances it looked really, really fucking stupid. The pic I stole from the seller above is how it really looks in real life. It looks mind-bendingly, Wagnerianly fucking stupid.

I'm not sure if the Invicter Hydromax is the dumbest watch ever issued, but it's freaking close. But then again, we laugh, we point, and yet ...there they are, on actual, about-to-achieve-Carpal Tunnel wrists out in the wild. It's like those frogs with two heads; you just can't explain it.
