Just In : Seiko's Early Landmaster

Just In : Seiko's Early Landmaster

Postby tiktok » November 29th 2017, 3:26pm

Just got this 1999 innovative piece from AntFarm. It was designed to meet the needs of intensive expeditioners to overcome heat, cold, corrosion, chemicals, you name it. The build is pretty radical for the times with a ceramic bezel and titanium case and bracelet. It runs on a kinetic movement, the 5m65 with a ten year battery life. The dial is an eery green which like all Seiko dials is very hard to capture in pics. Thanks to Tony, stellar WL for sending this my way.

Nice looking watch. I've always liked the bezel and handset on those but didn't know the insert was ceramic. Congrats.
