Incoming from the Land of Slovaks

Postby tiktok » June 25th 2017, 10:00pm

Last week I was looking at Stowas vs Lacos and a forum member touted the Laco Erbstuck line. Basically they take new Laco watches and make them look vintage but in a much deeper way than just putting coffee colored dials on a new machine. The watch is deconstructed so that the dials and cases and straps look old and the hands and dials are treated with aged C3.

I ask my grandparents' forgiveness for purchasing a "relic" b-Uhr and now that that's out of the way this is what's incoming from Slovakia, never bought there before but they are AD and only seller that seems to have the handwound 2801 version in stock. The case for a flieger is a manageable 42mm. Will post shots on arrival.

I like everything about that, the case, dial, hands, crown and strap. That is pretty cool.

First word that crept into my feeble mind: Rugged.

So is this considered "old new stock"?
