Hey, I got a new watch. Ever seen one of these before?

I kid, of course.

I'm slowly adding to The Clichéd Beginner's Collection, and I'm OK with working on that.

I was a little worried that this one would either be too big or wear too big, but aside from it sitting pretty tall, I like the size just fine. It's gained fifteen seconds since Friday afternoon, so no complaints there. I've read all about the bracelet, and I think it's quite comfortable, so I'm going to keep it on, at least for awhile.

I guess that's about it, since everyone is quite familiar with this one. I'm pleased with this purchase.
Is it safe?

Can't go wrong there. Found myself trying the forum favorites as well and that one stuck. Congrats.

Seiko is one of the best bargains out there. I own a couple and it is a watch I gift my grandkids with. Nice looking watch, enjoy the hell out of it.

Nice choice. For an affordable diver, there ain't nothing better out there.

007/009 from Seiko are a couple of the best bang for the buck watches one can buy IMO.

The super jubilee bracelet from strapcode is a great pick up for the 007 if you like jubilee bracelets.

Great watch. I actually love the bracelets on them.

You can't really go wrong with a 007. Nice one.

While the SKX007 is the sort of watch that looks good on a rubber or canvas strap, or a more "tool" bracelet, it looks surprisingly good on a Jubilee-style one. Nice.
