TJ's

This one wasn't even in the showcase. It was found on a table of Fossils and Skagens , out in the open for all the world to manhandle.

I always liked the look of Skagens but they just seemed too light and had that teeny tiny crown. This one was a surprise. The crown is small but manageable and the watch is surprisingly hefty.

I liked the case shape and ,while not a huge fan of date dials, I decided that this one fit and sucked it up and dished out the 60 buck selling price.

The mesh bracelet is the ballz. On a par with the one on my Mido Commander. It's heavy and a real mesh. Adjusted via a sliding clasp rather than the links added to lesser mesh.

Depending on the light the dial is either white, silver, or gray.

It even has a dopey name. The RUNGSTED.

I like it.

That's a fun one foggy. Always liked Skagens from way back.

Have eyeballed a couple of Skagen's. Seems that they are worth their street price and do not try to be something they aren't. That being said, their prices on Amazon, $105-185, are a bit presumptuous. And their crowns are meant for a child's hand, which is something I don't understand.

You could damn sure do worse for $60.

T'aint nothing wrong with Skagen, man. Lots of cool designs, they fix what they sell, and most died-in-the-wool Geeks couldn't spot one from 20 paces.

Ya did it again, noble rooster.

I like that case, it's different and a little unique.
