And here's a pic of O'Brian laying on his back:

Nice. I bought the black and the blue models as souvenirs in Tokyo but always wanted to add the orange. It looks great.

That Mako is a close match for the comfy O'Brian...

Well done! The only thing better than an Orange Mako is the elusive, legendary Yellow Mako.

The cat is singularly attractive.

I still have your blue dial Mako if you'd like it back. We can discuss terms later. Looks great John. Purrty cat too.

Conjurer? With an Orient? First time for everything!

Nahh. You deserve to be knee deep in 'em. Merry Christmas, John.

Thank you, gentlemen! Yup, Mrs. C is a keeper--or, more precisely, I hope she keeps me--and O'Brian is a good-natured and contented beast, especially when it's cold out and he has a lap to nap on.

I've had a couple Makos over the years, and they're cool watches. I'm one of the few that actually like the Archie-Luxury-like day pusher at 2 o'clock, and feel that Orient kind of cocked the Mako up by dropping it on the new Mako.
