New Shoes for my Seiko's.

Had the Recraft for about three months but never understood why they decided to use a brown strap? The chronograph was purchased in 2013? But the
strap was an ugly grayish color with a brown dial. So I went to the mall picked up a new strap that I was gonna use on my Citizen Diver but it didn't look that good. The strap on the Chronograph is the strap that came on the Recraft. You probably can't see it to well but the strap and dial are a navy
blue color with the strap having white stitching.

Looks good on the blue, but I like the brown/blue original combo a little more.
New straps are a good way to switch things up. Almost like getting a new watch.

I agree. I had checked out the new Shinola GMT Rambler while in store and the rubber
straps they use are some of the best I've seen. I know Shinola sells them but they
cost as much as a new watch. I thought about selling some watches here to use
the money towards the Rambler GMT. BTW how has your Shinola held up?

Do you think its worth the money for Quartz? I asked the sales guy if they were gonna make automatics?
He said they want to but want to take it slowly. I just can't imagine the cost for an automatic?

The chrono looks great on the brown leather. Good choice IMO.
