LONGINES : Legend Diver Reissue

Postby koimaster » August 2nd 2017, 10:49am

So it seems that I blinked and somehow ten years have passed since Longines released their hugely successful Legend Diver 1960s reissue. Such was its popularity that for those around at the time will have probably have memories of either knowing someone who got one or knowing of someone who did, and of engaging in ‘date’ or ‘no date’ discussion about the two variants.

A decade later, and with the Legend Diver still looking fresh and attractive, Longines have decided to mark this anniversary with a retro Milanese mesh bracelet addition, which means that it is now available with three strap/ bracelet options, the others being rubber and cowhide.

On my short list, but unlike love, I'd happily settle for the strapped previous version.
Bet those Swiss Legend owners are so happy their "Sapphitek" crystals have a 10-year warranty. Oh, wait...
