One of several MOVADO "Museum" watches in my very modest collection of "soulless" ( ;) ) quartz timepieces, and shown off in my eeeevil German automobile... 8-)

SynMike, you have a nice collection of watches that require quite a lot of upkeep to remain under the radar. Keep up the good work.

Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean by under the radar. Up keep is a concern so it's a good thing I don't mind having 2/3 of my collection in quartz even if hand wind is my favorite movement type. I like all kinds of watches in every price range. High quality build doesn't always have to be expensive. Variety is probably my overarching rule to collecting. The primary criteria for selecting what to buy is the appearance of the watch. Maybe 2nd criteria is finding a good deal somewhere so if I sell after a year or two I don't lose my shirt. ;-)

Thanks. Got this one grey market very cheap about 7-8 years ago. I love the watch, but there's one thing wrong with it. The hour hand does not line up correctly with the hour as the minute hand goes through zero. I'm sure it's an easy fix but haven't gotten it done yet.

Awesome. Couldn't agree more.

I had this issue with a vintage Seiko, it would be realigned and then after it ran for a day it would not be aligned correctly.
