Lovely watch- it's got a slightly 1940s style to it.

This one for me today:

Roamer, made for (and signed by) Turler, powered by an MST 360. According to an inscription under one of the lugs (interpreted with the help of a watchmaker at Turler, when I have contacted them about that), sold to its first owner in June 1948.

This is one of those wartches that I picked up for next-to-nothing at an estate sale, only to find out that its stones are actually the real deal, right down to the genuine emerald in the killer whale's eye.

Yeah, I don't quite understand the negativity towards Deep Blue. From what I've seen they look good, but then again, I've never seen one in person.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Guilty by association with being sold mostly on TV at one time.

Not bad watches if you can grab one on one of the websites sales.

Does DB still make Miyota 9015 watches? That movement is no way inferior to an ETA 2824 and I've always coveted one
