Very nice, so the Anchor is back to the polished bezel and center links, eh? Good, was not crazy about the all brushed III. This watch is the perfect size for me.

Yep. The sides of the case are brushed though. Have to say the bracelet is absolutely well done and one of the most comfortable and best looking I have yet found.

My only issue with the design is the shrouded end links. I hate that crap enough that it has almost led me to sell it; but, then I remember the bracelet. Should have never sold my first one.
