Vintage Seiko Automatic Day date from the 1970's I believe just bought a new bracelet yesterday.

Nice one- design-wise, late 1960s, early 1970s. You can quite easily determine the date of manufacture of a Seiko down to the month- the serial number system is nicely explained here:
