The Admiral: Days 5&6. Gonna send him home

Postby Dr.Morningwood » January 27th 2016, 5:28pm

For those of you who care, sorry I have not posted any of the Admirals activities the last few days, Don't worry, he's been out and about.

Monday, I took him for a ride into The City. Wet and Slushy, but had to trek in anyway:
Got a quick peek at The Intrepid as we drove by:

Tuesday, I took him out for an early lunch to one of Central Jersey's finest dining establishments: The White Rose System!
For those that do not know, it is a White Castle burger on steroids. Made the same way, but lightening fast! I gave my order of a Bacon Cheeseburger, Fries, and a Pepsi, and got it in less than 2 minutes!! This place, by far has THE BEST French Fries!
Can only eat this food about twice a year, because, like The Castle, these burgers have a tendency to exit almost as quick as they enter :D

I think The Admiral needs to go back home, so I will return him to his owner at the end of this week. It was fun to have him. gonna miss the little bugger, and his loud ticking!! Thank you Foggy for sharing him with all of us!!

Lunch looks good, but there is a reason they call them sliders.

Nice pics and nothing like a slider to round out your day!

Freakin' awesome, wood. Jersey is a mecca for oddball eateries (that place, Rutt's Hutt, various former Carvels turned into Kurver or Carmel or whatever). Just awesome.
