FS: Vintage Diver with great restoration potential.

FS: Vintage Diver with great restoration potential.

Postby foghorn » January 28th 2018, 4:29pm

This watch has it all except the TLC to make it great again. Minor signs or wear that can easily be erased with a cape cod cloth, some elmers glue and some horological elbow grease. This is the super rare "tiny sombrero " edition sought after by collectors.
Will part with this once in a lifetime opportunity for 850.00 net to me. Shipping and insurance included.

How’s the lume?

How’s that bracelet quality?

Is it Swiss?

Have you ever gotten it in water?

Do you have box and papers? Original receipt?

Has it been serviced recently? Do you have receipt?

Accept personal check? Ship insured?

Offering a warranty? Do you accept returns?

Interested in a trade-+cash on your part?

Would you be willing to meet in person so I can see it in the metal?

References?

Shame, I just used my "funds" to "acquire" another pile of bent metal from my "supplier" the other week. If I hadn't "of" already done that, I'd be all over that!

What an incredible offer. Good for the economy, and that's obviously an heirloom. I don't even think it needs TLC - using Geek logic, once UPS gets ahold of the package, they'll punt it around so much that the watch should pretty much re-assemble itself. Damn, tho - Cape Cods are expensive, and I still have Value Payz (TM) left on my spiffy new Ocean Ghost.
Bet those Swiss Legend owners are so happy their "Sapphitek" crystals have a 10-year warranty. Oh, wait...
