Most common brands owned by members

Most common brands owned by members

Postby koimaster » February 4th 2018, 12:46pm

I thought of making a poll of this but there are too many brands we have in common as well as some I might forget. I had thought perhaps other brands should be added to the brand specific forum but members should decide that.

Eterna, Tissot, Zenith. Might not be in abundance in the collections of others, they certainly constitute a big part of mine.

Ebel, Seiko & Hamilton are the brands that dominate my collection...

I don't stutter but I do have two Tutimas.
And ,no shit, two Shinolas.
And a new and couple of old Fossils.
And , no yoke , I have two kinds of oxen-Victorin and Lumin.
But only one CW, C.Ward, Christopher Ward or whatever he's calling himself this month.

Seiko 10, 11 if you count the J.Springs 12 if you count the Alba
Orient 4
Longines 4
Seagull 4
Bulova/Accutron 5

I pretty much post my stuff in the Vintage, New, Swiss or Asian.

A quartz forum wouldnt be bad, but I would still probably post in New, Vintage, Asian or Swiss.

I think I have about 24. Wanna think the herd, but I like variety.

As for the brands, I actually think we have what the majority of us own covered pretty well, but adding a few more wouldn't be a crime. I'd vote for Edox and Dan Henry, and I type that in with a completely straight face.

Well, if it's about listing all the brands, watches by which I own, not only the most abundant in the collection, for me that would be:
Eterna
Tissot
Zenith
Omega
Roamer
Cyma
Certina
Doxa
Mido
Indus
Caravelle
Poljot
Start
Raketa
Edox
Atlantic
Swatch

I am a Glycine fanboy. I don't really give two shits about the identity of the rich men who own it, I just like their watches, and since that's the bit I put on my wrist...

Also I had a couple of LIPs. In fact most people have two. Half of them have four! Sorry.
