Conor McGregor's Watch Collection

Conor McGregor's Watch Collection

Postby koimaster » July 25th 2017, 10:52am

Love it or hate it, Mayweather vs McGregor is already a match for the history books. Forget the outrageous and unconventional nature of the fight–the farcical press tour alone was unlike anything of its kind. Consider us duly entertained so far, if only because Conor McGregor sure knows how to lay down some witty banter. Here’s hoping he has the boxing skills to back it up because Mayweather is certainly no slouch in the ring. Meanwhile, between the various press conferences, shouting matches and headlines, a persistent theme has emerged: it’s all about the Benjamins, baby. Shallow, perhaps. On the other hand, have you seen the Conor McGregor watch collection? It’s spectacular.

Indeed, Floyd “Money” Mayweather might be the current champion when it comes to both his boxing record and his bank account (tax problems not withstanding), but the “Notorious” Conor McGregor has forged himself a veritably sharp and fashion-forward persona. He dresses well. He drives well. And he owns one hell of a watch collection that he’s never shy to show off. On the marginal chance that the Irish UFC fighter wins the bout, we can already see the Conor McGregor Rolex watch being released in limited supply. Until then, we’ll make due with the current Conor McGregor watch collection, which consists of some truly remarkable horology. Read on for an overview of the striking watches McGregor’s worn both on and off the press tour.

I can't wait for the fight so that I can get together with my friends and family and we can pull for the guy that visually represents our race, black or white.

Best comments about the "fight" IMO are by Bryan Gumbel.......Gumbel isn’t having it, keeping his words about the “egotists,” and those who cheer for them, brief.
"The two combatants have for the past month lowered the bar for civility and eagerly swapped racist, misogynistic and gay slurs in desperate hopes of marketing their pay-per-view event. That they've leaned on hate and ignorance to sell their fight says a lot about them and none of it is good. What's it going to say about those who buy it?”

I'll say....Definitely an event I'm not planning on watching ever .

I never pictured him to be a Rolex, Patek or AP fan I was thinking more like
Hublot, or Diesel wearer.

I'm sure the only thing he's a fan of is the pricetag. I doubt that he knows anything about the watches other than they cost a bundle.

I wonder what watches the winner will buy to celebrate. Seems like they both have some of the best that are to be had.
The sweet science shall prevail if Mayweather's fragile hands hold up from boinkin McGreror's grape a bazillion times.

Spectacle not sport. Like Phelps versus Shark, OJ versus the State of California, it won't end well. But hey there's always the rematch, right?

You could be right but the majority of people I encounter at jewelry stores or department stores don't know I know
a few things about watches, jewelry and gemstones. Its always fun to see the look on someone's face when the customer
knows more then they do and you can't say anything to them cause it makes them look bad and you feel bad. I try not correct
someone on certain things and just shake my head like I agree.
I've never felt like I truly belonged here and I believe it's time I move on.

Muhammad Ali versus Antonio Inoki ruined the whole sport versus sport thing for me.
