Wow - complete with action figures! I'd like to see the warlit that come with this one!
In the space of one hour is Babylon the Great thrown down. Not a stone remained standing upon another and the reek of her burning did poison all the earth and the smoke thereof did blot out the sun so that noon-day did appear as midnight. Alas Babylon!

Awww, that's one ugly fucking toy. Wouldn't want a wee green man's mug gazing at me whenever I check the time, either. Looks like a Happy Meal toy for the bored kids of sheikhs.

MB&F currently have one nice watch in production- the LM101. The rest... Well, nope. When I see the "Horological Machines" collection on their site described as "contemporary machines inspired by our childhood", I can't help but think, "God, they must have been young when they first tried the shrooms."
Do you think I'm a hypocrite? Well, you should. I wouldn't disagree with you.

Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Stunning in every way. Including stunningly stupid.

As wristwatches they are stunningly stupid. As "horological machines" they are amazing. I think we'd perceive them differently if they were a line of desk clocks or something. Could fit a lot more aliens if they were 5" across.

At last year's WatchTime show in NYC, they let you actually try on anything you wanted. MB&F was there, and I tried one on (not that one, but not far from it). The freakin' monstrosity was selling for like 55 grand. It was like strapping a fucking pox-ridden TV remote on your wrist.

I would like to meet the person who thinks these concepts are a good idea. Honestly - I wanna know who'd wear these things. The only thing I think when I think of MB&F is "small-dicked rich fucks showing off."

Couldn't agree more. They are engineering feats; but, they make for a ridiculous watch.
