While that Nomos model is one of my favorite watches, the whole Red Dot award thing is utterly meaningless. The only designs I care about are the ones that appeal to me, and the fact some "judge" liked something and slapped a ribbon on it means zilch.

Remember how Lawler LaDingo exploded like Johnny "The Wadd" Holmes when his fleabag company won a Red Dot award? Jeez, every one of his talking heads just hammered it into the ground over and over. You'd think something special had happened, like, oh, I don't know, he issued some watch that actually ran. And who can take such a "watch award" seriously when they also give out design awards to umbrella stands and toasters?

Except the Autavia and the Monaco, there seems to be nothing really interesting there- mostly over-the-top designs. Especially that Hublot, that's one ugly pile of rubbish.

Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.
